Purchaser Eligibility

The $BFB and $GOAL token sale is only available to purchasers who meet all of the following criteria:

• (i) the purchaser is not a “U.S. Person” (as defined in Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended), and is not purchasing for the account or benefit of any U.S. Persons;

• (ii) the purchaser is not a citizen or resident of Japan or an entity that is subject to Japanese laws (each, a “Japanese Person”), and is not purchasing for the account or benefit of any Japanese Person; and

• (iii) the purchaser is eligible to purchase the $BFB and $GOAL token under the applicable laws of such purchaser’s jurisdiction.

Potential Change to Development Plan

While the team intends to develop the $BFB and $GOAL tokens, the Blockchain Football game, community, ecosystem and other related matters as described in this Whitepaper, the team may opt to develop parts of the foregoing in a manner that varies from its current intent, as necessary or desirable in light of business or technical considerations, including, without limitation, improving gameplay, game balance, and/or the experience of the overall community.
